(FSW)APPLICANT BEFORE FEBRUARY 2008- HAS ANYONE GOT THE APPLICATION FEE BACK?

I applied in 2007 under London office. I didn't yet receive any information or my application fee back according to the announcement of the government of Canada on 29 March 2012 to reduce the backlog of (FSW) applications by returning all applications and government fees submitted prior to 27 February 2008.

can anyone please help me where should I write to get my money back? what is the address of the London office ?
