FSW 2014 - Generic Form: Consent & Declaration

Hi All,

I overlooked the required format (First Name, Last Name) when printing my name before signing. I put it like Last Name first, First Name last and without comma (e.g. the right form is Kobe, Bryant but I put Bryant Kobe). Would this be an issue? Will they refuse to process my application because of this???? I am very worrying now...... :'(

personally, i don't think this is a real issue, as long as the information you put can let visa officers understand what you mean. i don't think CIC officers will implement any bureaucracy or care so much about formality.

Do i need to enter the name and date after validation using keyboard or writing it after printing the form
