FSW 2014 December - Last Batch

Hey Guys, I have been silent on this thread for a while and felt out of place.
I am a December the 15th applicant, unfortunately my application came back 30th jan 2015.
The reason stated " You did not provide us with a language score from a designated testing organization"

My CELPIP official score was still there,but missed by CIC.

the envelope still had the seal on it,when it came back.

I sent CIC a letter with thier human error mistake.
Please advise

I really feel sorry to hear this bad news and I can understand your painful situation. This is really careless attitude on part of anyone who has reviewed your application package.

Rest assure. Your case must be considered. You should send back the sealed envelope as it is and don't open it now, but first you should call CIO telephone number and explain them your situation and parallel to that write them an email and inform them that you still did not touch the sealed envelope because you are hundred percent sure that your English test results are their inside the envelope. And see what the response you receive. But you should act fast. I am sure that they will tell you to send back the envelope and you will be surely considered. Our best wishes are with you.

Hey George, I sent the application back exactly how it came back to me but I added a cover letter with a copy of the refusal letter. I explained in the letter that they missed my test due to human error and it is still in the sealed envelope. I also stated I spoke to a CIC officer last Wednesday and he advised to send the application back.
The latest on Canada post tracking is that it is out in Sydney waiting to be delivered.

Sorry to hear about your returned application.

Did you apply from within Canada?

Had you done a re assesment of your language test?

Or had you submitted an additional copy of your test result?

Hi, I applied from within Canada. I don't need a re assessment. CIC missed my CELPIP score report in the first part of the checking process

My application was delivered and signed for 2nd February at 13.59pm local time.
Now i guess the waiting begins again.Fingers crossed and praying for a positive outcome this time

Could you please inform that what was the date of the letter, which was describing that your English test results are not included. Because this will give a clue that when they have done completeness check of your application. Thanks and wish you all the best.

Congrats buddy, Even am the same NOC code as yours, but unfortunately am unable to track the DD status from SBI India.

So haPpy to tell you that I have just received the golden email.

PER email : 2 Feb. 2015
App. rec. date : 7 Nov. 2014
DD en cashed date : 15 Jan. 2015 (according to bank)

waiting still, God Willing my CC is Charged today.

but one question came to my mind.
1. Canada is way behind us on the Time front (is is usually opposite as when its day here its night in Canada)
2. When a CC is charged usually the CC company calls for a verification. when will the call happen.
3. and if someone tries to charge today but the call is confirmed tomorrow how does CIC know that the charge is approved.

Finally my bank confirmed that, CIC encashed my DD on 2.Feb.15.
My Files Reached on 2.Dec.14
MY NOC is 2172

I am 5th Dec and awaiting for update from my bank.
