FSW 2014 December - Last Batch

Good Day George I have a question for you , If I have sent in My FSWP application in December 2014 and now I have a job offer from canadian employer , how can I let CIC know that I have job offer do I just send it via Courier ?

Are you in canada? Please how did you get a job offer? I want to explore that option.

With a Job Offer why dont you try EE

I'm doing EE as well thanks , but my FSWP was sent in December 2014 , so whichever works better or quicker I will take

Hey Guys, I have been silent on this thread for a while and felt out of place.
I am a December the 15th applicant, unfortunately my application came back 30th jan 2015.
The reason stated " You did not provide us with a language score from a designated testing organization"

My CELPIP official score was still there,but missed by CIC.

the envelope still had the seal on it,when it came back.

I sent CIC a letter with thier human error mistake.
Please advise

If it has been their error, they will consider the case for sure.
however some senior advise may be required. You can also call up CIC to check what they have to say in it.

thanks for your update and congrats. By the way, would you mind if I ask you why your 1st application for NOC 1111 (Financial Accountant/Auditor) was sent back. Or maybe I just want to know if was due to cap reached since you said you sent application last Sept.

I am here in Canada. The rejection letter is dated 8th January, meaning it took 19 days to get back to me. I sent a cover letter explaining what happened. Now I just hope they consider my case .

We can infer that 15 Dec completeness check was completed by 8th Jan, - 24 days.
And all apps upto 31st Dec completeness check done by 24 Jan .....

This should be the latest per

CC charged to PER e-mail in just 15 days. Kudos

Sorry to hear about your returned application.

Did you apply from within Canada?

Had you done a re assesment of your language test?

Or had you submitted an additional copy of your test result?
