My medical file was sent to CIC 12th July 2015 according to physician's office.
No TLU or PPR yet. whats the time frame for that?

how do you travel out of canada if you still haven't received the PR card ..is it possible to do it on a COPR letter ..or what's the process ??

You can leave Canada before receiving PR card. But problem is re-entering. You have to get a travel document...

CPC-O is impossible to understand. Usual turnaround time after sending passport is mostly a week or max 2 weeks... People have received it in 2-3 days too... Why is it taking so long for us.... Applicants who sent it with me and after me have already got it back.... Are they throwing darts to pick cases????

Why are they lying in their email "Ready for Visa" when it's not ready

Fed up of waiting... Can't plan anything :-\

Finally, I received my passport from NY consulate today with the PR visa. However, it didn't had the documentation slip I had originally provided. Instead they have attached a new slip filled, in which my apartment number wasn't clear. Glad that I pasted a mailing label of my own on the envelope.

Our CIC officer told us in case of emergency we can leave canada and after going to our own country we have to apply for a visa with COPR. The emabassy will give visa mentioning the status as permanent resident

Congrats Man, just a quick one, you got your PPR email before your DM (Forth Line) , right? and is that the normal practice getting the email before the forth line appears?

Thanks. In my case, I got the PPR before DM. I was under the assumption that it will be DM first, followed by PPR. Not sure why it was other way in my case.
