hi guys, any idea about how long it will take for medicals?. i applied under arranged employment category.Received PER on Feb 16.

PER is sent by Sydney before file transfer to VO, so check your junk box. It should be there. I think you can also use CIO email as proof of PR application in process to apply for BOWP.

ya man i Always kept my mail checked, junk and everything,,, but never received nothing, infact i was checking it like 100 times a day, as my iec visa is expiring 6th of march 2015, and u know anxiety level ...
i already sent paper application for bowp about 10 days ago (as advised by cic agent on phone that assured me that my pr file was been processed and gave me on phone my file number starting with E000000000) but I received the email response from cic-sydney only today, may be u r right, if i would have waited a bit, i should have sent onine application (with cio e-mail as a proof) ... but one cannot know the timings...

Today I completed 98 days since medical request and 85 days since medicals done and uploaded by the doctor and 71 days since medicals received and third line updated and no ppr till now !

This thread has become so boring. No news at all.

I agree, even trackers are not getting activated. Its been 2 weeks already and no update on tracker. I thought they return PP back in 10 days. I think all VO's are gulping down coffees due to this crazy weather...but its not making them active though

I have done medical yesterday - doctor told me that CIC should have it within a week. In letter from CIC they ask for medical and payment only. One I pay & once CIC will receive medical, how long do I have to wait for the next step?

I can feel the pain. I don't know what they are doing. I got pp the same date as yours and I got mine back on 2-27-15. They stamped on 2-19-15 and shipped back on 2-25-15, tracker activated same day.

Hope you get it back soon.

Ya man. Thanks - I hope they return it soon. Especially when I have sent the passports with all the visas in there for myself and family, it just makes me little worried that its handled with care.

Hi Friends,

I completed my medicals and waiting to receive passport request. I & my wife are living in Canada, but my Daughter is living in India( Went for vacation).

I have updated with few documents to CO about my daughter's travel. But no response from them.

Is there any chance that they will request my daughter's passport to be sent to Delhi CIC office instead of Ottawa?

If they request me to send my daughter's passport only to Ottawa, How do I proceed further.

If I was not able to submit my daughter passport in ottawa, Will they be able to stamp only mine & my wife passport ? Or will they ask all three of us together. Is there any chance of rejection here?

I think by next week we should hear something. I think they started working on October applicants because they contacted me on the 27th of February for additional documents. I do believe I read somewhere that a September 29th applicant got MR request last week.

I hope so... every week they let us down
yes 29 applicant has informed that he got his MR.. they are on October edge

I would say 100 days is a more feasible timeline
