it was for my PER that i am still waiting, because on another thread it seems that PER comes before file transfer to visa office and my file is already in cpc-o but i still have nothing.

I have been following CPC-O timeline and I noticed that there has not been new PR request since 2/13, would anybody happen to know what is the reason for it?

If you know that your file is already in CPC-O then just call the call centre and ask about the result of your PER I assume it will be in the system. And since your file is already in Ottawa then I think that means you got PER

Hopefully they didn't get busy with Express Entry and forget about us. But I stay hopeful since the time period you listed is only 2 weeks so I would give them some time

i applied PR under FSTP, docs. received in date 23 nov, 2014 at cic- sydney, and today got a email from them that my case has been transferred to cpc-o, i haven't received my PER yet.
they also gave me a email address for cpc-o, should i contact them ? anyone has any experience ?

CPC-O is the only CIC station that outsources security assessment to CSIS.
Security screenings are sent and received in batches. Seems they are waiting for the next batch to arrive. And then the Assistant Director can move up to issue visas.

regarding file transfer thing..call cic call center n you will get all the details regarding..i received my per email on 28th jan file transfer started on 5th feb n file received by cpc-ottawa on 19th feb..thanks

dears,
i was reading that many members like geotherm, ray and sumg, got their address updated like mine was updated on 27th feb, i am from Italy a visa exempt country, i have not still received my PER, but as per e-mail from cic-sydney my case is in Ottawa. (but i dont know when the application has been sent to ottawa). now my iec will expire in 2 days and then i have to wait positive lmia (already submitted from about 3 months ) and otherwise BOWP submitted paper application 10 days ago as i had no PER in my hands.

money order cashed - dec 29 2014

nothing has happened after that, expect the following mail i received today from cic. i wrote them back in january 6,2015

Ciao,

PER is sent by Sydney before file transfer to VO, so check your junk box. It should be there. I think you can also use CIO email as proof of PR application in process to apply for BOWP.
