What is the latest PER date ? Is CIC sending PER as per charging date or as per app received date ?

Hi there, please check with the Global Spreadsheet to see the exact latest PER date; but based on postings, I think it is on Aug 15th applicants already.

Based on my observation, PER issuance is generally based on both app received date & charging date, provided your requirements are complete and your experience really matches the NOC indicated in your application. There is no reason for a particular application to be left behind if the above details are met, except only when the applicant's NOC has already reached its cap limit. But sometimes, there are applicants, who, despite the fact that they have satisfied the requirements, were given PER at a later time than their batchmates. We can just assume that in this case, it is really dependent on the Immigration Officer handling the case; how fast he finishes reviewing the application. But then again, if we are gonna think of it, if everything's complete and accurate, there's no reason for the IO to delay PER release. The IOs also follow a certain "processing turnaround time".

Is any applicant for 8th August pending for PER. My DD was encashed on 19th Nov as per bank email but no PER yet....

I want to give hope to people waiting, like I was till a short while back. Today I felt miserable, headache all day ... and now this....

For reference:

Aplication received at CIC: 16 August
DD: 16 November per PER, 18 November per my bank
PER: 5 November

Guy... now the waiting time... The average for my VO is 13 months. Does this starts from this moment or from the moment the application was received at CIC.

Also, from the time I've applied my son got new passport. What should I do. How do I notify VO?
