I applied under FSTP on May 2014.
my visa office is NDL.
second line updated on march 18. but not getting MR.
please suggest how long it take after update the second line ?

Dont worry your background check is over hence your second line is updated . Now you are in a queue to be picked up for MR which I think will come for sure in coming weeks

It takes 1 month to get PPR/DM on average from medicals recived date ie.the date when HOSPITAL upload your medicals to CIC .

It takes 1 month to get PPR/DM on average from medicals recived date ie.the date when HOSPITAL upload your medicals to CIC .

Background chekck is done before second line or After ward?

Before second line and sometimes if more checks are required it may go till medical request .

Ndvo normally sees the documentation you submitted .Based on the quality of docs they take the call to go futher with processing or double check your credentials.
The trend recently shows they are completing second line updates and giving a month to initate the MR .

At the moment dont worry stay chilled and prepare for your medicals

The average time between MR and Second line update is around 30-40 days. you can expect MR to come in third or fourth week of April.

Dear Seniors , Kindly guide me. My application Date is 14th August 14, PER 8th Dec.14. My employer got a brief verification call few days after the PER. Got Second line update on 5th Feb that they have started processing our file. but after that its been now 2 months i did nt get MR. My NOC is 0112. Though I noticed that few applicants who applied late in august got MR done....

Thanks Sir, it was a brief call came at 8.30am. It was Delhi land line no. the Lady asked about the type of business, no of employees only. she didnt ask for my wife( the primary applicant). The employer has been very kind to us he immediately informed us.
Sir, Does it matter
that the co. size is small and the no. of employees(10 only)?
