According to SS the average time is between 45-90 days.

Dear friends,

Got PER and a story to share which kept me tensed for a long time. To cut long story short, my PER email was received on 3rd of Dec but was with my consultant and one of the executives who was responsible for sending it to me didn't send it.

So here is timeline

Application received: 13th Aug
DD charged: 18th Nov (As per Bank)
: 10th Nov (as per cic)
PER email sent: 3rd Dec

My heartiest thanks to all forum-friends, especially, dmac11, parrys198, PGS77, mr.gk, determination,yogeshladani,pandu123,immigcan81,skepar, who helped me to keep my calm in last 25 days.

Is there some pattern in which PERs are being sent. I haven't had a luck with this thus far despite my CC was charged on Nov 11. My application was received on August 22, but I didn't receive the PER mail so far.

Can you please advise the course of action from my end, if there is any. MY NOC code is - 2171.

what about validity after first landing? I mean, suppose the first landing was on 1/1/2015 till 10/1/2015, how long is the validity after this landing?

Exactly my query......
I am changing my job next feb or march, and I would not like to leave it for couple of years if possible.
So in between when I get Visa issued then how could I deal with this situation!!!
I could stay for a month at most and would need to return.

Dont worry.. you will receive PER this week or next. There are minor delays in some cases. My 2171 app was received Aug 15th and I received PER on 8th Dec. Going by this you should get it this week or next.
