Hi Dmac11!
Hope you are doing well.

There would be some negative implications certainly because EE puts additional work pressure on ECU teams that process FSW apps. AFAIU, if they send invitations in early February to the first draw, CIO might probably clear most of the remaining FSW backlog by that time (not sure about Dec. applicants, but who knows). But afterwards complete and eligible EE apps would go to VOs where they would collide with existing workload and cause delays.
+402 for your good explanation.

As always bro.. doubts are cleared by your clarifications. I have been thinking that would be the case. More pressure is given to the new system which has none of the same sort for previous FSW applications. Nevertheless, delays are inevitable but of course, still hopeful that only time landing in the country is also inevitable.

another +1 from me..

Thanks again Dip, Hope all is well with you in your final stage. ;)

Hi ,

Need the advice urgently.
Is there anyone who had experienced before that you can not login to ECAS anymore.?

I could not access my ECAS, two days after my AOR.

Should I raise CSE to SGVO?
hello friend,
I have not received PER but when i checked with old uci number it was shown in process for 5 days after that i am not able to access ecas.

Reciprocated Dear. This won't affect your app's processing because after MR (which you are sure to get very soon) the VO basically sits on the file waiting for sec. and crim. checks to be completed by partner agencies. Meanwhile they put it away and process other apps in FIFO-style 8). If info arrives from, say, RCMP (no traceable adverse found), they check the corresponding line. If not, they bring up the file at due date and set a new deadline for file review. As soon as all assessments are complete GCMS gets updated with RFV line (ready for visa) and you receive PPR and DM. The bottleneck that would be caused by EE will be clogged between second line and MR.

1. For few cases, PER is delayed.
2. Send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to know your status. mention your full name, DoB, Father's Name, Passport number, date when file was received and by whom, name of courier, and the tracking number.
3. Meanwhile consider applying for EE.

Try getting the UCI today it will clear the picture .. keep calling the CIO call centre till a really helpful and good agent comes on the line and is happy to help.. and also tell them about the UCI # problem you facing from 2013 fsw application..

You have to try enough right now to not regret it later.. keep trying i am sure you will get some news in a week or two..

All the best :)

Applied FSW 2014 and now in canada for masters on study permit

Hii all.

Congrats to all those who got there PR.

I have a question. I applied for PR under FSW 2014 and PER, Medical, PCC & RFPR fee paid in October 2014. Everything done but not received Passport request.

Now I came to canada for masters in December. Today I checked my online status and saw that CIC is asking for my current address in Toronto Canada.
My university is in Vancouver and I have my relative in Toronto (the address I have provide in my study visa application)

My question is which address (Vancouver or Toronto) should I update on CIC site ??

My address in Vancouver is not permanent one as I am staying in university hostel. I may change my address after few months. But my relatives will be available all the time in Toronto.

Is this address required to send passport after passport request??

PLZ PLZ REPLY. . .

Finally, second line updated!

App date : 11 July,2014
PER : 9th Nov,2014
VO: NDVO
Processing started : 9th Jan,2015

Hopefully, I will soon receive MR request.

Century, have you made travel arrangements yet?

No brother, I have not yet done it. My sister is living in Toronto. So a major issue on housing is solved temporarily. Planning to land end of May. Just trying to explore education as well as employment opportunity there. I am vey much interested to do CPA at Canada. Sent my transcript for assessment to CPAOntario - found it is free. It will take around 1 month to get response. Let's see what happens. Please pray for me.

You have to inform them of your new Residential (BC) and Mailing (ON) addresses. Send this information to your VO by email/CSE. It's not guaranteed that they will allow you stamping at Ottawa in the first place, but you are required to update them with address change.
