Checked ECAS tonight and was able to find info about my application for the first time. "We received your application on the 2nd October 2014.

Yes it will be revoked. To maintain the PR status you should stay in the country 2 of 5 years.

No you cant. First you should arrive within the period of validity of your visa, second you should spend in the country 2 of 5 years.

Dear Seniors,

In my FSW Application, I have included an employment verification letter issued by HR capturing all information except job responsibilities. This letter is on a letter head which is only available with HR which captures company address and website information and other contact details at the bottom.

My supervisor has issued another reference/recommendation letter including my job responsibilities. My concern is that the letter issued by my supervisor has company logo and name on the top but no address at the bottom. My supervisor has signed the letter, mentioned her designation, the department, telephone number, and fax number (but no postal address).

Will CIC accept my supervisor's letter (which has job responsibilities) or will it not be sufficient for them because the company address is missing ???? Please advise.

Hello All,

I have submiited my MR. Waiting on my PCC - due date is Feb 10th. I have applied for pcc from FBI but havent heard back yet. Did anyone else have similar experience? Can I send an explanation to CIC?

Also, my husband's UAE pcc is in arabic so we will get it translated. Does the translater need to notarize or give us an affidavit?

Also, do I need to send my RPRF receipt with PCC?

My DD was encashed on 29/12 still the ECAS is not active it says 'we are not able to identify you' did you face a similiar situation before your ECAS being active.
