Hey Guys,

checking the posts after long..
I need 2 clarifications regarding my application on FSWP

i. I am a B.Tech and Post Graduate diploma in Management(Autonomous) , but my ECA is available only for B.Tech since I could not find my PG college on the WES list.
So should I mention Post Graduate - No Degree OR Bachelor's Degree as my Highest Level of Education (form IMM0008ENU ).
and whether I should include my PG Marksheets with the form even though it's not available under ECA.
Also, If I remove my PG do I need to remove it from my Background forms also?

ii. I have several FD's and Bonds. these fall under Assets or Settlement Funds (15000CAD). The bank statements are till June.. can I use them with my application now? or I'll have to get new ones..
Can I show the account statements of my spouse since she is the secondary applicant.

In Schedule A form, for que no 6 part (d) which is "been refused refugee status, an immigrant or PR visa (incl CSQ or PNP) or visitor or temporary resident visa to canada or any other country?", Should i select "yes" as answer for that question as my application was returned last year due to cap filling or do i have to just select "No"????

Help...

Cap filling is not a rejection. You can answer no.

Ofcourse ur native BC need to be sent as photocopy....They meant original's copy.....

Did u say return app?? Do you mean you got your app package back ??? or they are you to submit docs.

"Please send originals along with translated one" - it simply means that your BC is not in english.

You need to send them original BC and translated copy of same in english.

Photocopy of the original version , which is in your native language.

He has sent the application on May 2 but it was received on May 7, so everything is within the usual time range.

Aha... to me "I applied on 02/05" means he was 2nd May, I didn't notice that was not the date of receipt.

Not my sharpest day today!

hello Seniors,

I am applying under noc 0121 for insurance manager.

Is it necessary to hold related educational credentials or simple graduation would do.

As per WES report my grad degree is equivalent to 3 yrs candian degree. Is this alright ?

To have a related degree is not a requirement EXCEPT in certain professions such as doctor or lawyer. So you are fine.

Does anyone know if you must be graduated in MArketing or Communications to be eligible for NOC 1123?
I'm an Engineer but have worked in marketing for the last years - applied to this NOC but now I;m worndering if they will accept it.

I have one question who returned your application is it VO or CIO??
