Dont worry, Recently it has been seen that after updation of second line MR comes within 30 to 40 days. So if you receive it within that period you are not a second liner. Wish You will get it within a week.

All the best

I'm a May 29, 2014 applicant. Application received June 2, PER & AOR on Sept 25, 2014 and only got 2nd update from ecas on March 16, 2015.

No update, so far.

Hoping MR comes today and / or before the Holy Week, for a peace of mind during the holidays.

I wonder why it took too long for the 2nd update and the MR.

We sent our application to Montreal to our consultant and the consultant sent it to the CIC in Nova Scotia. The file was transferred on Oct. 20, 2014.

Best of luck to everyone!

It is not necessary that they will conduct verification for all second liners.
Delay can be of various reasons. So dont be afraid for that n if verification come then also we need not to worry. We have to explain the details n documents they ask with confidence after all we are not hiding or misrepresenting anything so why should we bother bout that?

Dear Sathyam ,
Thanks for your info.
NOC 2174
Filed on : 14/5/2014
Per on : 03-09-2014
second line on : 27-10-2014
No news about MR so far. Also no information about verification at employer site.
Do they conduct job verification for each and every candidate ? how it is done by visiting employer site or by calling?
Pls share ur views.
Thanks & Regards ,
Toms

Hi,
I received an email today from the CIO, i applied from inside Canada, my application was received 29 Dec 2014, credit card charged 10 March. NOC 5125. The email states:
"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.
Your application has now been placed into processing."

So is this a PER or AOR? When does Medical Request come after this? My ECAS says "in process". This status does not look like the other PERs i've seen online, which always state "positive determination of final eligibility for processing" Please i would like to know what this means and what to expect.
thanks in advance for your prompt response.

That is your PER, congratulations. Some visa offices send AOR and some don't. If you do not get AOR email, then check your ECAS after about a month for 2nd line "We started processing your application on (date)". The next step after this is medical request. Good luck.

Guys,

I had third liner updated like 2-3 months ago as "medical reports have been received".

its been more than a months that I sent my FBI/PCC along with Fee receipt but haven't heard from anyone.

I guess next process is PP request right?

how long do I have to wait for that?
