FSW 2014 All who got Second Line updated but no further progress lets network...

Hi all,

there are various appllicants whose second line updated in ECAS for more than six months. I have created this thread to help each other. I am also a second liner.

Let us help each other....
 
today one second liner got MR after six months of the second line updation date. (check page 14467 post 216993)

So we can say all second liner will be through but it will take time.
 
hi guys
its me rajesh. my application was received in june and i got per on 9th october and second line was upated on 20th october. After that i have not received anything yet. Is there any way to contact cic and know about the process?

i would be really grateful to guys who would advise me about it.
 
atcanada and OOPS what is your timeline and NOC/VO? Need to add you guys to waiting list

One more applicant like me who was not able to post his timeline too. So, first of all his time line his forum name is ananjay

iam facing the same situation....file reached on may 26th 2014 ...got file number in sept 2014 ...havnt heard anything after that...please inform if anyone gets medical call so that we all can have hope too.....

Sathyam Nice post. Thanks for that.

But there is no specific trend seen by anyone for the second liners. So what i think is we nned to be more patience and hope for the best.

Dont worry sumeet,

There are various cases like you and me. Thing is that our cases will take time. so wait for the good time.

I'm a May 29, 2014 applicant. Application received June 2, PER & AOR on Sept 25, 2014 and only got 2nd update from ecas on March 16, 2015.

No update, so far.

Hoping MR comes today and / or before the Holy Week, for a peace of mind during the holidays.

I wonder why it took too long for the 2nd update and the MR.

We sent our application to Montreal to our consultant and the consultant sent it to the CIC in Nova Scotia. The file was transferred on Oct. 20, 2014.

No news about MR so far. Also no information about verification at employer site.
Do they conduct job verification for each and every candidate ? how it is done by visiting employer site or by calling?
