It is alws preferable and reliable to pay with DD.

Several appplicants from London Visa office has tried to pay with CC but they faced problem...After then they had to contact with CIC...And paid by DD later.

So it is advisable to go for Bank draft....

Did you already got the Medical for yourself and spouse when ur baby was born and then you informed CHC to add your baby or you just inform CHC to add new baby to your application?

First of all congratulations for this big day.

Hey catalyst, I was in same situation at 26th Feb, when I got baby boy. immediately on the same day i.e. 26th feb i wrote email to ndvo and told them that i got a baby boy on 26th feb and the same i would like to add in my application. please advice me which additional things require to add new born baby in my application.

March 8th, I got a reply from them in which they mention which additional docs required.

April 7th, I have sent required docs to NDVO the same package delivered on 8th April.

Now I am waiting for MR,ppr and rprf for me, spouse and child.

Hi guyz, sorry was out of forum since long... Well, second line added !!! "We started processing your application on June, 10 2014".

However, I also got a mail from the VO. The VO has "concerns" about my stated work ex.

Excerpt:

"I have reviewed your application and the documents you have submitted in support. I have concerns about your stated work experience.
You have stated your work experience as an aerospace engineer - National Occupational Classification (NOC) code 2146. Documents submitted by you do not indicate that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC (code 2146) and that you have performed some or all of the duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC.
Before a final decision is taken on your case, I am providing you with the opportunity to comment on the above concern and provide any additional documentation.

You have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to respond."

Now, the lead statement for NOC 2146 states the aerospace engrs research, design and develop aerospace vehicles and perform duties related to their testing, operation ....

I have not worked in research but have experience in everything after the "and perform duties" ...

Is it necessary that the experience be "verbatim" as stated on NOC?

One person cannot perform such a vast range of duties. Will explain my stand.

If my experience vs NOC is in doubt, why did I get PER in the first place? Any comments...

Very sorry to hear about the weird request by NDVO after you have received PER, AOR.

I would suggest you write them a detailed explanation on how you performed the duties listed in the NOC 2146 (and point them to the job description/reference letters provided or get new ones) and attach more detail on the company you are employed at and the aerospace work your company does.

Is your undergraduate or graduate degree/diploma in Aerospace Engg.? It might help to let them know how you could not be employed in the position you are in if you did not complete the Aerospace Engg. program.

I also applied under NOC 2146, lets see what I hear.

"When presented with documents containing descriptions of duties taken verbatim from the NOC code, officers may question whether they accurately describe an applicant’s experience. A document that lacks sufficient detail to permit eventual verification and a satisfactory description of the applicant’s experience is unlikely to satisfy an officer of an applicant’s eligibility."

Hey Good News I received my MR on 12th June 2014. They have sent for myself and my daughter and a common letter to get my PCC and MR done before 26th July 2014.

My wife and elder daughter letter has still not come. I enquired from the registered doctor they said one common letter will do.. please comment.

Yes your doctor is saying true as they have good experience. So i suggest you do not delay in medicals & go ahead as soon as possible.

please tell me do i qualify for NOC 2171 . or some other NOC please ;

and one more thing if i qualify under one NOC can i go to canada and work under some different NOC or a different job that doesnt match

Sorry, I wasn't clear.
Attach the whole pdf file that you can edit electronically. The last page of the PDF file has a validate button that generates black and white blocks of data that is machine readable. So when you update any information on this file, you will need to click on validate button and that ensures that your latest information is reflecting on the last 2 pages of the Generic application form.
