Hi guyz, sorry was out of forum since long... Well, second line added !!! "We started processing your application on June, 10 2014".

However, I also got a mail from the VO. The VO has "concerns" about my stated work ex.

Excerpt:

"I have reviewed your application and the documents you have submitted in support. I have concerns about your stated work experience.
You have stated your work experience as an aerospace engineer - National Occupational Classification (NOC) code 2146. Documents submitted by you do not indicate that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC (code 2146) and that you have performed some or all of the duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC.
Before a final decision is taken on your case, I am providing you with the opportunity to comment on the above concern and provide any additional documentation.

You have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to respond."

Now, the lead statement for NOC 2146 states the aerospace engrs research, design and develop aerospace vehicles and perform duties related to their testing, operation ....

I have not worked in research but have experience in everything after the "and perform duties" ...

Is it necessary that the experience be "verbatim" as stated on NOC?

One person cannot perform such a vast range of duties. Will explain my stand.

If my experience vs NOC is in doubt, why did I get PER in the first place? Any comments...

Please update me in spreadsheet. Processing started in May 28. Pass requested on June 5, Decision made on June 7. Sent passports June 8. Waiting to receive passports.

hey i would suggest you to please wait for 2 to 3 weeks more. you will sure get reply.

Dear it will totally depends on them. if they are not satisfied than they will ask us and give one fair chance to prove it and satisfy them.

They came to my working place and 2 trainees identified my photo still they have mentin that no one hasidentified me...

By god's grace I got DM on 2nd June. But till today I haven't received my passport.

It's more than 2 weeks. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO.I am so much concerned about delay in receipt of Passports.

Guys who got DM on 2nd June, please let me know whether you have received your passports back. I am really praying for a positive decision.

I have a question friends....
on 30th may i informed NDVO about my child's birth and I was expecting that they will ask me to add her on my application...but yesterday i got DM...as far as i know i can not land before child inclusion and visa issued before child inclusion has to be cancelled and they will issue new visa as per new family composition...I requested NDVO in April to issue me a visa so that i can have the delivery of my child in Canada...but they kept my case on hold...and after informing my child's birth they have made the decision, instead of keeping my case on hold till baby is added on my application...what will be this decision????I am worried friends...

You may have to wait until you get your passport back, and then request for baby's addition. Upon their reply, send baby's documents, and all your passports. Status will be changed to 'In Process' again and then wait for it to turn 'Decision Made'!
I am facing a similar issue...got the visa..informed about marriage,...returned my passport to them and sent spouse documents. My status changed from DM to In process....waiting now!

I have a query guys.... I'm expecting to get married in December. Before that I am planning to get my marriage registered in couple of months so i can add my wife as a dependent. My CC just got charged couple of days back for FSW 2014. After getting PER, how can I add my wife to dependent. What is the full procedure and what documents are required? is there any link for this? Your help will highly be appreciated. Thanks
