hope to hear good news of MR from early may applicant today also..and pray MR storm hit the NDVO applicants.. :P :P

Guys there is some news of yet another MR issued from NDVO on 20th Nov. This candidate is not in the forum, however his MR email was forwarded by mistake by the consultant to a forum member.
If this is the case then it establishes the start of MR processing for FSW2013 candidates from NDVO :)

Happy waiting, pack your bags ...

i feel if u have IELTS result and you are fulfilling the requirement of ielts score then pls send the result as its better to send extra documents , even if its not required it wont harm u anyway..so better be safe than sorry

IELTS is not an extra document and should not be likened to an extra document. It is a requirement!

I can see sept 3 and 5th applicant being debited via CC, but their NOCs are different. Hope it will reach me. I am sept 6 applicant - NOC 2131

All the info that's encoded on the 10 bar codes on Generic Application form IMM0008E. That's what they use to scan into GCMS.

I am also NOC 2263. I think you should submit IELTS result with your application because as you are aware its point based assessment. Language ability has points based on the score we earn in IELTS. But I do not know your lawyer is right or wrong. Is your lawyer a member of ICCRC? Use this link to search your lawyer's membership. http://secure.iccrc-crcic.ca/search/

I can't see your details in the spreadsheet. Kindly fill this. It will be informative for you to know the application status.

FSWP Add Your Entry: http://tinyurl.com/fswp2013-add-entry
FSW 2013 Spreadsheet : http://tinyurl.com/mrqj5yc

Hello rakeshtk, note that the ICCRC is meant for consultants only, Attorney's like Campbell Cohen for example are not consultants and are not supposed to be registered with this council they have a provincial authority that oversees them. Let our friend confirm he is using a consultant before he relies on that search.

Friend please request for documentary prove from your Lawyer on this IELTS issue and try to get information from people from ur country who have also applied for FSWP 2013.

Dear XBOX7,

First of all congratulations on receiving PPR and wish you good luck for your visa to be stamped as early as possible.

In email, Visa Office CPP-O specifically mentioned Canada Post Xpresspost (National) which means it won't work to sending post outside Canada. I don't know if there is Canada Post Xpresspost (International), and if that is acceptable to Visa Office CPP-O. In canse of Canada Post Xpresspost (International), you problem will be solved.

But if Canada Post Xpresspost (International) is not available or doesn't work in your case, then first confirm by calling any reputable courier company like DHL, FedEx or UPS if you can send your passport to Canada and recieve from Canada using their service legally, then send your passport to your friend in Canada and ask him to follow the instructions given in email. After stamping the visa, your friend will recieve the passport in Canada and can courier you using DHL, FedEx or UPS. Don't use any local or regional courier company to save money.

Alternatively, get one Canada Post Xpresspost (National) envelop thourhg possible source and write the address of your friend in Canada on that envelop, and courier your passport directly to Visa Office CPP-O from India along with your friend's addressed envelop. After stamping the visa, your friend will recieve the passport in Canada and can courier you using DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Hope there will be at least one of the above solutions work for you.

Hey,

I called fedex and dhl to enquire if I could send my passport to Canada explaining the purpose. Fedex denied it, DHL wants letter that i receved from Cppo along with a letter from MEA( minister of externam affairs with no objection). They also want a letter in which I will be taking full responsibility in case of any passport loss. So chance of sending PP via courier is almost nill.

My sister is leaving for USA 2 weeks later. I am planning to handover my passport to her with an authorization letter. From USA, she can courier it to my friend or directly to CPPO. Then CPPO can send it back via normal mail. I want to ask ppl in USA who have CPPO as their visa office. Is it legal in US to send passport via courier to canada or there is some documentation required?
I called NDVO today twice, but they said thay dont knw anything and said me to drop an email to CPPO to confirm what to do next.

Getting response via email will take minimum 15-20 days. Still i will drop an email. Tomorrow morning I will try to contact CPPO , if anyone has their contact no, plz share it.

Thanks

Try VFS and also discuss with some expert as sending passport out of country is offence. . . . .
