Once a DD is drawn, its drawn, nothing to do with Forex, its for $550, CIC will get $550; so nothing to worry.

Thanks so much, I'm really upset because I prepared for this since 2011 . I contacted CIC but they advised me to contact CIO and wait for their instructions before I submit any payments. I'm still waiting for the contact information.

And What kind of Bank does that What kind of fraudulent amount was charged from it? I'm sorry, I hate to say this but it's really you can't do anything now

They said it's for my protection. Some transactions were posted in my credit card bill but they are not mine.

I will say these call center guys are really not a good person to convince. You should go to some branch of the same bank then talk to the manager about the situation. The managers have all the resources in their hand to bring your card back to life.

Do not give up and do it fast.

Yes that's right, but I am here in Canada and my credit card is from the Philippines. I have no other way to contact them but through the call center .
