Thats strange! bcuz i mentioned two NOC codes 2132 & 0211 along with the roles & responsibilities & still got PER. R u sure abt the reason for rejection friend?

He wrote two nocs on nominated occupation, one typed and one with a pen. I have seen the CIC letter stating this as a reason for rejection.

All the rejected applications the send back by regular post, what can take months.
Just wait for returned package. There is nothing you can do about it.

As you all know that my file has been returned due to TWO NOC Code mention on economic form, This all because of my consultant (Y-Axis India.) who informed me to put TWO NOC Code in section 12.a, we are supposed to mention only one code there. Now cheater y-axis is saying that they did not guide to write two code, they are literally lying because they don't want to refund my money which i paid to them.They are now refusing to pay back me. so request all members that we should be very careful for selecting the consultant or we can do it own also, its not very difficult process. i should not have gone to consultant as they all are there for cheating people. I Just wanted to share, so that members can share this to their friends, relatives.

Just tell that consultant that WE are going to do FIR and let law decide what to do.!!
And also give whole matter to Local newspaper.

Hello seniors,

Could anybody shed some light on whats happening. I have applied under the NOC 1112 and my application reached on july 1st. By then the Cap had reached. But i have not got any mail or response from Canada immigration stating that my application has been rejected. Am worried cause my DD would be expire in another couple of weeks. Please help. Really frustrated not have heard anything in spite of waiting such a long time

Dear Shailp, if you really want some advice on this...there are two ways to look at this. One to teach them a lesson, and in process you expend more time, energy and money. Another, to take this as a lesson and yet another case proving even more strongly why you want to move on to a first world country from where you are. And to talk about LAW to take course, in India !!!, comeon who are we kidding. And who is not out there in India to rip you off...I lost so much money to so many organizations there that if I was fighting with all of them, I'd have been finished by now. The best I'd do is warn others from their trap and move on and spend my energy on positive things in life, on reapplying with full force and conviction next year (or now to Australia or some other sensible place).
