Forgot to check off last page of checklist (signature part) - IMM5533

Hey everyone,

We submitted our application on June 15th. I only just realized we forgot to check off the last page of the IMM533 checklist. Rest of the checklist is complete.

All signatures are there in the required sections of each document. Nothing is missing. but we just forgot to actually check off those sections of the checklist.

Would this application get returned? What are your thoughts and potential next steps?

It could be. Try to correct and submit by webform. Include tombstone details (names DOB etc) of sponsor and applicant. They may or may not be able to match, may or may not return to you if they can't.

Hey Armoured,

One more question. So this made me go through the whole application again just to be safe (I downloaded the application from the submission portal).

Everything else is correct except 1 thing. At the end on the online portal, there is a "Consent and Declaration" section, right before you submit the whole thing. Just 2 sections to click yes/no and then to type the name.

2 letters were swapped in the first name. Amibkha instead of Ambikha.

Think this would be an issue? Thing is this would be something I cant send a "corrected document" on.

I think that would be seen as just and obviously a typo and of no significance, but just my opinion.
