Foreign work experience calculation confused due to changing of the job title

Main applicant's foreign working experience as bellow,

1. Brand Executive: 06-Jan-2016 to 31-Jan-2016
2. Marketing Executive: 01-Feb-2016 to 31-Apr-2018
3. Marketing Assistant Manager: 01-June-2018 to Present.

the above all three rolls taken place in the same company and same NOC code. Jobs description almost the same and 45 hours per week.
I have updated the working experience in three entries as same as mention above but period mentioned as Jan-2016 to Feb-2016, Feb-2016 to May-2018 and May-2018 to Present.

my question is when will be three years completed in Express entry and update my score. Because EE does not have a space to fill the exact date.

Three years will be completed after 1095 days. Since EE system gives points based on months, you may get points for 3 years a month or so early, but you should only submit your final application after the 1095 days and make sure that the dates on the reference letters total 1095 days.
