question: may chance po ba na magkaroon ng parehas na nomination from OINP and ITA? OINP dahil manominate and ITA dahil sa CRS score lang? kung possible mas magandang piliin yung sa FSWP than OINP kasi mas maiksi and mas mura that provincial nominee? sorry kung natanong na ito. curious lang po.

Possible po na magkaroon ng direct ITA at PNP Invitation. Di ka po manonominate ng province unless mag apply ka, which entails processing fee. So if may direct FSW ITA ka, better apply under it.

Pano niyo po ginawa ung digital photo requirement? Any suggestion na studio dito sa manila na nakaalam ng requirement? Thank you.

for the initial documents to be submitted, may photo requirement sa CIC, it will be best kung print mo po un and show it to the photographer, they'll know... ang ginawa ko after, i've scanned the photo and uploaded it... no need to write anything at the back, sa PPR lng un ginagawa

sa PPR email na marereceived mo may instructions po doon about sa photo requirements.. just show it to any photo studio (i had mine sa picture city)
wala naman naging problem, i received my VISA through mail nung Saturday, that was 4 days after I've sent it..

getting a Provincial nomination from OINP gives you more points in your express entry profile. Pero hindi ka pwedeng mag apply under OINP unless you were invited to apply under one of their streams. In order to apply for OINP, you have to have an EE profile with a minimum CRS of 400 and you have to maintain that until your nomination. Pero you should also take note that OINP will need additional time to process and additional payment as well. By the time na nabigyan ka ng Provincial nomination under OINP, you will get additional 600 points in your EE profile. Which means na you will get better chances of getting an ITA the next draw.

I finished 2 courses.

One was BS Biology (UST) and the other one was BS Nursing (OLFU). Kahit na pareho ko silang natapos with 4 years each, yung BS Biology ko lang ang na certify ng WES to be a 4 year course. Yung nursing ko from Fatima was just considered as a vocational course and they granted 2 years lang for that.

Pero hindi bachelor's degree ang result ng ECA mo so you can't claim the points for a bachelor's degree. You have to use diploma because that's what it says in your ECA. Pag bachelor's degree ang equivalency, it will say right there "Canadian degree equivalency: bachelor's degree (X years)". But based on what you said before, diploma ang result ng ECA mo.

You'll be charged with misrepresentation if you say you have a bachelor's degree, unless you lodge a successful appeal to WES to give you a bachelor's degree equivalency.

If you have an expressonline account, you can also print your bank statements for free, however I suggest you go to the branch so you could request that these be printed on official letterhead oF BPI.

There have been many instances of rejection based on online bank statements and not certified by the bank so it's really better to get the certificate from the bank.

Kung nag-apply ka rin ng TRV, work permit, study permit, past PR application, regardless of whether they were granted or refused...YES.
