Hindi po pwede kasi regardless po if kasama nyo sya mag migrate or hindi you have to declare all her information sa EE profile nyo.

Are you both eligible for whichever immigration program (FSW, CEC, etc)? Which one has more CRS points?
Based on what I've read here, that would be fine as long as you are declared spouses/dependents in each other's profiles. And just wait and see which one gets an ITA first.

Yes po we are both eligible and have our NOCs listed as well. Based on CRS points, I think she would have more points(mas mataas IELTS niya sa akin hehe). She's waiting for her ECA from WES while I'm waiting for my school to release my TOR.

My plan is for us to have 2 separate applications where both of us can be primary applicants.

Yes, ok lang you each have a profile as long as you list down each other and your family members on it showing you are married... at least, malalaman ninyo sino mas malaki yung score increasing your chances of ITA.

Yan na ang average time na napansin ko based sa mga enhanced PNP (I can't help it, it sounds so fancy) applicants dito sa forum. Worst case scenario so far yung 4.5 months.

anyho, baka mapilitan ako today mag lodge ng CSE to explain this (pati narin ung last declaration na "candidate has never been refused PR application", so dalawang topics to). kahit na sinabi ng iba na hindi na kelangan to, and na-approve naman sila eventually, baka better to err in the side of caution. sana lang ay di ma-asar CIC sa akin! HAHA

i assume OK ka na sa tanong mo beeds? pero para kay Iriscidiscent77, sagutin ko narin to: either is OK. if you really want to play safe, you can choose BOTH ontario and ALL provinces.

Sorry stand corrected. Wrong info. Pwede pala as long as you declare each others information sa EE.

May gumawa na ata nito and nagantay sila sino unang makakakuha ng ITA. And sincee mas mataas points nung wife at nakakuha ng ITA dun na nila tinuly yung application.

I selected All Provinces and I received a PT from Ontario.

I understand, nakaka-praning nga, but I'm pretty sure you're not the first nor the last to have a case like this. I don't think it's an outright misrepresentation, but it depends na rin sa definition mo ng "application". IMO, and I guess what I learned from my consultant, refusal pa rin yan pag na-return due to the cap. I hope you can get to lodge a CSE even if to ease your mind.
Anyway just so we're both on the praning boat, my returned app last year was in NOC 2174 (my consultant's suggestion) but I switched to 2173 this year kasi feel ko mas appropriate yun sa aking job description. I got my nomination and primary NOC this year as 2173, sana lang hindi nila makita bilang conflict yun. I submitted na rin yung refusal letter ko sa FSWP 2014 sa LoE section kasi ma-lilink naman nila yun sa UCI ko at GCMS notes.

anything lampas 450 ay may competitive chance, lalo na sayo na 460. pero again, this all depends on the frequency and interval of draws. kasi the longer times in between draws, the higher the cutoff. so what i can say is that IF meron pang 3 to 5 more draws (max daw sabi nila ay 25) for this year, then yeah... decent probability.

ayoko lang magbigay ng false hopes, kundi practical at reasonable statements. any risk if ung cutoff bababa ng 450 within 1Q 2016, like age / IELTS / profile expiry?

Question lang sa pagbayad ng application fee. Nagpapalit kasi ako ng CAD1500 pero bawal pala cash. Nakasulat sa application guide na pwede lang ang money order/postal money order. Paano ba 'yun and may magagawa pa ba kung may cash na. Wala pa kasi akong experience magpadala ng pera abroad eh. Thanks in advance!

try narin mo magsend ng CSE, JoyceM? hindi siya required, at least sabi ng iba. pero naisip ko, unahan ko nalang sila CIC. kahit hindi siya swak, gamitin ko narin ang line na "offense is the best defense"
