Hi all! Newbie here Who among you got a CIC agency to help you out? Kami kumuha since last year at nanghihinayang ako di kami umabot sa old system ng CIC. NagCAP reached na sa NOC ng husband ko. Meron na kami ECA (we used WES) and true ba na 3 years ang validity? Kasi naka-1 year na last Jan. 22. Sisimulan na namin attend ng IELTS review..to be sure kukuha na rin ako kahit si husband ang principal applicant.

Please guide on below queries with respect to the settlement funds for FSW:

1) Whether joint investments in FDs be eligible incase of parents name as second holder, non-dependent and shall not be accompanying ?

2) Apart from Cash, Savings and FDs which are the assets that can be eligible as settlement funds.

3) Should these funds be intact till landing in Canada or can be utilized for immigration expenses post receipt of Visa?

hi cherub,, me too my application was accepted december 2, 2015. there are too many inconsistencies in my noc 4011. not hearing any good or bad news

Question lng po sa WES. Kasama po ba ang High School Diploma sa mga ipapasa? Meron kasi Secondary Education.. Not sure if High School po ba un? Or 2nd course?

Based on sa mga nababasa ko sa forums, mukhang nagaaccept na sila ng mga applicants na walang LIMA or PNP, or basically outside the country. Goodluck!

hello mga kababayan, nag aalangan ako sa express entry ko, I got ITA as food service supervisor under CEC, sa tingin nyo qualified p ba ang job ko? kasi last year tinanggal sa CEC ang cooks etc.

Hello kabayan, good news yung last draw sa express entry kasi 481 points na lang, without the 600 points for those with job offer or provincial nominee. Excerpt below:

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on March 20, 2015 and ending on March 21, 2015 is 1620.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on March 20, 2015 at 23:59:53 UTC, have been assigned a total of 481 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
