"Immediate family members" per CIC's definition are YOUR spouse and children.
So if you don't have any, you don't declare any.

hello, ask ko lang po pag previous employer, can i use the employment certificate na nirequest ko nung after ko magresign? or need ng bago? and then what if nag resign ako sa current work ko pagkatapos mag submit ng requirements, need ko po mag update ng application or hindi na? thank you in advance. Hello! Wondering if anyone can help me about this, I'm submitting my AOPR this week and planning to move to Canada mid-July. I'm a US and Filipino passport holder so I'm planning to wait for it in Canada with my US passport. Just wondering if this is okay to do? Can I wait in Canada if my PR has not been issued yet? Hello po! Ask ko lang sa mga nag attend na ng PDOS. Pano po pag minor (10 yr old kid)? Does she also need to attend the seminar? Pano po yung PDOS stamp sa passport nya? Thanks!

hindi kita masagot sa pm dahil puno na daw yung inbox mo.

anyway, regarding sa question mo.... actually, 2 forms yan, yung isa official form talaga ng Canada, madodownload mo sha kapag nag start kana ng express profile. yung official form na yun dapat naka notarize. then yung another form sarili na namin, gumawa kami ng sarili naming statutory declaration. isa sa partner ko, isa sa akin, isa sa sister nya at isa sa common friend namin. yun di na namin pina notary. pinaphotocopy nalang namin SSS ID nila para proof sa signature nila. so far ok naman. nandito na kami eh

just got my ITA yesterday!

ask ko lang po kung saan makikita yung checklist required for the application? and also, required narin po ba ang medical exam sa PR application?

Will be applying alone. Hopefully maging ok application ko ;D

Yung approval ng medical and bg check? Mas mabilis po ba yung approvals if we paid all the necessary fees agad?

What are your advices in submitting the documents?
