Hello po!

My Express Entry Profile will expire this June, pero nakapagsubmit na po ako application.

Is there a repercussion kung ma expire na EE profile tapos walang pang VISA? Should I notify them that my EE will expire?

Thank you for your help.
No.

The only purpose of the EE profile was to get an ITA.

hi..my ask lang ako..kase last august 2015 pa kmi nka apply..mercan un agency nmin..my profile narin kmi..kaso wala parin balita sa application namin..nag woworry kami kase malapit na mag august..yun drawlots nasa 468..eh 358 palang..
with WES(ECA) na kmi
husband - 5yr course ( electrical engr )
- 7yrs experience ( meralco )
- 7.5 bandscore ielts

me - 4yrs course plus 2 yrs masteral ( nurse )
- 5 years experience ( govt. hosp)

hallo hallo! long time nga, na-miss ko kayo :)

kakabalik ko ng SG from OZ, and natapos ko na lahat admin stuff (like opening of bank account, enrollment in medicare, filing of tax number, etc). within one day lang. in short, officially OZ PR na ako na considered naka-bakasyon lang and pwede ko na magamit ung government benefits including healthcare while overseas.

and for future OZ considerations (may mga nagp-PM kasi sa akin), na-feel ko sa melbourne (first time to fully immerse, kasi sa sydney ako usually the past years) ung feeling ko sa canada. na parang chillax and steady lang mga tao, and wala akong na experience kahit hint ng discrimination. in fact, sobrang friendly sila pag nasa coffee shops, sa trams, etc. including government offices, sobrang welcoming sa mga new PRs like me.

and to add insult to the injury, lumabas na second GCMS notes ko na ni-request ko one day after hitting my 5th month. and no surprises, walang nabago (as in zero) since my 1st GCMS notes. dec 2015 parin last activity, with due date jan 2016. all assessments not started.

at the risk of sounding bitter (but not entirely hopeless) good job SGVO, nawawalan na ako ng gana sayo. mas na-cement na ung bias ko in favor of OZ kasi mas healthy and mas malaki sweldo ng IT market nung bumisita ako since last week. pag wala parin akong PPR on my 6th month on may 17 (around two weeks from now), kino-consider ko nang i-withdraw canada application ko... joke lang :p

rather, di na ako maglo-login sa myCIC account and will treat ung application ko as non-existent. and that magfo-focus na ako for big move sa OZ in the next few months (basta within this year). bonus nalang pag nakatanggap na ako ng PPR email, pero hindi ko na siya iko-consider as urgent and priority and hindi ko na ika-cancel travel plans ko, kasi right now, naka-revolve buhay ko sa paghihintay niyang PPR na yan LOL

^ Congrats and good luck!

I wouldn't be too quick to blame SGVO though...the issue might be with CSIS.

haha! right now, tie na sila OZ at CAN. wait, interesting ung sinabi mo ah... CSIS comes into the picture agad, kahit hindi pa ni-mark ni local VO ung iba mong assessments, like criminality?

Hehehe I will choose not to disclose my actual age. :p
Hindi sila nag reply in 2 weeks, so nag-follow up email kami, tapos 3 days later nag-reply na sila sa email with just a few lines: "Dear Applicant, The new deadline is March 31. Please be guided accordingly." We included that email sa VFS submission including the PPR letter.

Ano kaya maganda gawin? May nabasa ako dito na halos same case ko,

1. March 22 PPR,
2. March 25 nag submit,

^ Bale they replied to us exactly 2 weeks before the deadline/after PPR, so looks like they called you after 2 weeks.
Maybe she can try submitting to VFS after her work registration along with proof that she needed it for work + all your correspondences to CEM?

Yung criminality at security ko, same date nag-start: the same date naging "Not Started" yung BG check sa timeline signature ko.
I'm guessing that's it kasi may 1 security entry naman ako sa Assessments > Security, no other update since it was started.
Pero yung criminality ko lang ang "passed". Even Eligibility ko ay Not Started pa rin. :(

At least may OZ ka na as another option. Kami we are on the mercy of Canada. Galing naman win-win situation ka pa rin. Painom ka naman! ;D 8) ;)

Hello there, I have a question about the medical exam that we need to do after receiving ITA. I have read that the form IMM1017E needs to be provided to the hospital which will be given by the visa office, as mentioned in CIC site. I would like to ask if that is already included once ITA is already received or do we need to do something to have that form? I am a bit confused, please help.

Hay I can almost understand the anxiety you're in. :( But in all my dealings with officers over this whole immigration process, Canadians are reasonable and considerate, so if your reasons are valid, they will help you.

No, IMM1017E is for the old PR paper-based application. You can go take your medicals before ITA, just mention it is upfront for Express Entry. You can bring your SINP nomination certificate. But note that you must land within 1 year of the date of your medical, so some people like to do the medical as late as possible. Your choice.

You can wear a lead apron while you are pregnant, or your X-ray will be deferred until after you give birth. You still must show up and submit the medical even if it is partial, but the X-ray will be pending (unless you do it with the lead apron), and your husband has to make sure he submits all documents within the 60 days of accepting the ITA.
And then your husband will have to add your baby to the application, with passport, etc.
