I missed writing "list all names including at birth" question. I left it blank. What will happen? Can I resend another application with the same fee receipt?

I would advise against sending another application unless you can recall the one you already sent (assuming it's not delivered yet). Just wait for a response from IRCC, hopefully they're smart enough to connect the dots that an empty table means NA.

Did you have another name before which you have not mentioned?
No other names. Just 1 name that I have used on all my previous application to CIC. But I left it blank. I didn't even write my name at birth which is the same as the one at top of the application

The application guide does not state anything about putting "N/A" to the application form. It clearly states to fill out the table if any other name is used, other than the original name in the application.

I left it blank as well; it will be fine.

So you dont have to fill that. See below from instruction guide. If you have never used any other name it is fine.

We need to know all the names you have ever used in your life, so we can verify your identity. If you used any other names other than the one being requested in your grant of citizenship application, print them in the chart. Examples: Name at time of birth, name before marriage, previous married names, married names, nick names or any other names you have used. If you have legally changed your name, see Legal Change of Name

Either way should be fine, no need to overthink this... btw I paper-clipped my main form but stapled my residence calculator printout lol

Yeah its fine but the thing is once they open the package the first thing they do is removing all clips and staples. They do this first thing even before looking at content of papers which can tear or rip the papers a bit. Then they check papers one by one, and they identify, sort, and organize each page in their own way. That's why its recommended to not use any paper clips or staples in these kind of packages.

Are you kidding? If you do not have other names with evidence then of course you should write nothing !!!!!!!! I wrote NA but you could leave it blank for sure

Thanks for clearing this. I'm good now. Appreciate your response

exactly same mistake for me :-(

You'll both be fine. The wording asks for all names but the help/app guide state they are looking only for names that are different to the one already provided. So based on what you've said you'll be fine.
