Fingerprint Letter Missed

Hello Everyone
I have applied citizenship from Calgary, Alberta
I have never received my fingerprints letter by mail or email even my status on online services says (its sent out on APR 25 2022.) I have done my knowledge test and passed as well. I tried calling CIC but due to high call volume no one answer call, No replies from CIC-Calgary email. Is there different email for finger prints. If anybody knows it will be great help for me.
