Finger prints/criminal record for Citizen application request RCMP

HI all,
I am waiting to receive a letter to submit finger prints for citizenship application through RCMP
In order to speed up the process.,anyone familiar or already went through this process from GTA?
I appreciate any feedback, and the process time required?
