Hi warmest, even if justice shows courtesy for allowing motion of tim let us say in Dec 2012 and advise for case managd in next six months then all of tims clients will see june 2013 for processing. it may go beyond that.But here the chance of win is 50:50. Fingers crossed till then.

If Justice Barnes rules favourably on Tim Leahy's motion in December 2012, then CIC will be forced to process the litigants files on priority basis within 4 or 6 months. In that case, the files would not be case managed and all of Tim's clients would get their files processed by mid 2013. By mid 2013, some may start landing in Canada while the others might be getting ready to leave their residing countries. To which group will you belong? It is for you to decide. ;D

There were so many fact on which the parliment was misleaded by CIC to pass the bill, hence the bill itselfs not passed on its actual facts.

If one start thinking that all are making us fool I wounder any fool only still immigrate.

Any one joining the litigation is a fool and wasting money.. This is a done deal.. Cases before Feb 2008 are closed and disposed off.. Nothing can be done now..it's sad but now it's part of the law regretfully.. And you guys should have understood by now no one can fight cic as it's integral part of govt of Canada.. It's like fighting Canada in court and I surely know this is a war that is already lost..

Wise people have joined the litigation and they consider the lawyer's fee as an investment. Only people who are indecisive are fools and wasting their time.
Canadian courts are autonomous and they are not puppets of their government. They have ruled against their government many times in the past.
In 2003, the Federal Court of Canada's decision against CIC is noteworthy. In June 2012, Justice Rennie has ruled against CIC in Liang's case. What more proof is required? ;D

You are right. No one can fight with canada in courts in canada. This is a lost game which we are fih\ghting. Better to be satisfied with present life where ever you are.

Why, no one can't fight against a Canadian government department like CIC, which is at wrong? What stops people from filing a case against a erring government department? It is Canada. It is not Afghanistan, where Taliban will behead you. Even in Afghanistan, nowadays the Western forces are slowly bringing in normalcy. So, people, never fear for anyone. Be brave.

If we can be satisfied with our present life where ever we are, then why did we aspire to migrate to Canada in the first place? We would still love to migrate to Canada, which is a wonderful country. We are on track. Come what may, we are ready to face. We are optimistic. No one can distract us. ;D

To be quite honest I really feel bad for u guys , u guys have aired a lot and then disposing off cases
Is unfair however they passed a law and that means it's done..let me ask u guys something..can we fight CIA or FBI in USA?? We can't even think about it right.it's the same with cic..you guys are up against Govt of Canada,how is that gonna workout.. if I were instead of you guys and really wanted
To immigrate to another country I would have started weighing in my options about other countries I could Immigrate to rather then litigation that would be like wasting my own time while knowing that
It's never gonna workout..

one should never loose hope and stop trying till the end .but what they have done is totally unfair .our cases wouldnt be delayed if they vent started fast track . they do pre planning for everything so how could they couldnt makeout that they can not coup with so many application i think they were not serious in processing from day one .

Dear Canlove:

We will fight for our right and not for the results or out come, also to let them know that similar Acts in future will be treated with more strong protest. Who knows that if we keep our voice close next backlog Act will be for M1, M2 and M3 and that is why we are in litigation not only for us but for the future as well.

I agree with you. The bill was based on falsehood, and not based on facts.
