On Feb 8th, 2022, an application for my wife through the Outland sponsorship was submitted.

April 27, 2022 – AOR.

May 9, 2022 – Medical Request.

May 19, 2022 – Biometrics Request.

May 25, 2022 – Biometrics Completed.

May 26, 2022 – Medical Completed.

Jun 4, 2022 – Medical Passed.

Jun 16, 2022 – Eligibility & Background verification Complete.

Jun 16, 2022 – Pre-Arrival.

July 1, 2022 – COPR document number generated on the new tracker.

July 8, 2022 – PPR Email.

July 12, 2022 – VFS webform Raised.

July 15, 2022 – Passport picked up.

July 18, 2022 – Passport reached New Delhi visa office.

July 20, 2022 – Passport under process at IRCC.

July 28, 2022 – Counterfoil generated on GC key.

July 29, 2022 – Passport Dispatched.

July 30, 2022 – Passport Delivered.

August 8, 2022 – Landed in Canada.

I submitted Application on 18th feb 2022 through online portal. I received my AOR on 10th may 2022. Lately, I have been receiving ghost updates on pr tracker since last 2 months but unfortunately, nothing is updated on cic account and pr tracker as well. Please see my timeline in signature.

It completed slipped my mind to submit the biometric information which was taken a few years ago. I asked my husband to raise a web form and update it. I cannot understand if that is the delay or why is it taking so long. My application is being processed at NDVO.
Any idea how long it will take

You don't need to do anything , biometrics and medical are submitted automatically , where u have taken appointment, they submit it, u don't have to do anything from ur side

Hi guys, we have sent our forms and docs to the lawyers (decided to go with the immigration lawyers to make sure everything goes well), they should be submitting end of Feb/early March. It's gonna be an online application. Good luck everyone. Cheers to doing long distance relationship for the next year lol

You don't need to do anything , biometrics and medical are submitted automatically , where u have taken appointment, they submit it, u don't have to do anything from ur side

any idea how long it will take for the status to be updated

1. For online application, should I use my own account or create an account for my wife? - prson right?
2. Between online and paper based, which one is faster?

Hi guys, here is my journey for inland application.



Application sent :- 4th march

Application received:- 7th march

AOR :- 14th April

Medical request:- 14 April

Medical done :- 20th April

Medical passed :- 3 may

Biometric request :- 4th may

Biometric done :- 4th may

ADR :- 10th May

ADR submitted:- 1st June

Pre arrival letter :- 18th July

COPR:- 19th july



I logged into my tracker account yesterday and found out i got my COPR . Nothing on my GIC account yet. I will be happy to answer every possible questions.

I presume you would have received a PPR email and you would have raised a webform to inform that the applicant is in Canada right ? After raising webform, how long does it take to get the portal link and if you can elaborate all the events after PPR email.
