Long route: Send webform to IRCC to update your location to Singapore and then wait for their reply for next steps.
Shorter route: Go back to India temporarily and submit your passports and photographs there. Stay in India until you receive the COPR and Visa.

We submitted our passports at the VFS center in Singapore. Nothing was asked or questioned. Got my passport COPR stamped and delivered in 2 weeks time. No intimation was given to IRCC about my address change.

Or else you can Fed-ex all things to your family in India to take care of it, it is not necessary for you to be present there physically!

I got remedical request on 23 Nov ,nothing after that .GCMS notes showed eligibility passed on 23 Nov and security and criminality is pending

That tracker worked for me. I used my spouse's details to register.
