Does anyone know how long they take to respond to a query using Webforms ? I submitted a question related to updating passport information for my dependent as well as the process and documents required to add a dependent, but I haven't heard back yet.

Shorter route: Go back to India temporarily and submit your passports and photographs there. Stay in India until you receive the COPR and Visa.

Hi, sharing my experience:

We submitted our passports at the VFS center in Singapore. Nothing was asked or questioned. Got my passport COPR stamped and delivered in 2 weeks time. No intimation was given to IRCC about my address change.

We submitted our passports at the VFS center in Singapore. Nothing was asked or questioned. Got my passport COPR stamped and delivered in 2 weeks time. No intimation was given to IRCC about my address change.
