And I noticed that “Cases from Canada/US which are deemed complete by CPC-M/CIO-S will be dealt with in Ottawa office..
so what does this Deemed Complete mean? Does it mean I won’t be rejected ?

Hello, I have received my notes.
What else should I be looking for besides ASSESSMENT (on page 2) and Note 1?
My eligibility is passed but Note 1 is not by an Officer. It is by the Case Processing Agent.
Is my eligibility really passed? I'm confused. @legalfalcon please assist.

I got RPRF May 27th and requested GCMS notes then, got it June 18th and my elegibility was on 'Review Required'. I immediately sent additional documents via web-form to clarify the reason for the elegibility review.
I noticed 'ghost update' in my account today and wonder what it could be...

It's around page 187 of my notes... Under comments by the Case Processing Analyst...

I got RPRF on May 13. Just got my notes today (ordered on July 12). I don't see review required, met, or recommended pass anywhere in the note. It just says Eligibility passed on the assessment section of the note.
I'm confused before I thought it's supposed to be met or recommended pass before it is eventually passed. But I don't see any of that in the notes.
YOu have to go to the few last pages of your reports on the notes sections which has all the details from when you submitted your profile to the latest update. Note 1 is the latest updates. Note 2 is the update before the one in note 1 and so forth....

Yes, I know that sequence of the notes. I just checked again. In Note 1, I see RECOMMENDATION: appears to meet requirements *** A11.2 Met.
The notes was by the Case Processing Agent though.. But in the ASSESSMENT on page 2, it says Eligibility passed. Does this mean a senior officer has passed it?
