Yeah it's just our super slow visa offices that are causing delays

And august is the vacation month in mexico ... as ive heard so i guess it won't be faster until september.

Can i ask how many feb applicants still having their file not transfered to a visa office? Also what is the country of citizenship of the spouse/principal applicant?

We are around 20 out of 100 for the feb applicants.. most are waiting for London or mexico its always the 2 ones that are slower lol. Central america application...in my case. All i can say is they sent end of november 2018 and start of dec 2018... on july 22th. So not expecting another batch that sooner.

Hello @JoshC @alaria. Need some advice pls . My husband (PA) received an email that he has an update on his gckey. He got a request letter asking him to submit a photo and his original passport to the nearest VAC. Looks like a ppr but it came in a different format than the usual ppr letter. There was no changes on the bullet status in his gckey the day he received the letter. A day after the additional docs changes to “we requested additional doc to continue processing your application” no changes on eligibility and bgc (even until today). Pre-arrival services letter was also received that day. Ecas status showing decision made and that correspondence was sent. We are just confuse what does it mean? Is it really the PPR letter? Cant upload the screenshot of the letter here. Do you have any idea about this? Thank you in advance.

Yeah that’s PPR. Congrats! Not all PPR are the same, and yours is going through the VAC.

Don’t worry about GCKEY, we put too much faith in it to keep us updated when it, along with ECAS can be very laggy when it comes to updates.
