No, don't call them. My application for in process for at least two months before I got interview invite. It says on their website that the wait time is approx eleven months so you're still well within that time-frame.

What will someone lose by calling them? It will either speed things up or do nothing. Is it going to hurt someone's application?

It will probably just annoy them and they'll just refer you to the waiting times listed on the CIC website.

I gave my test yesterday (20/20) and got "Decision Made" today (07/18). Please update the spreadsheet

We sent you a notice on July 17, 2019 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on August 16, 2019 at 12:30 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

I have never taken the test nor receive a letter or email. Please advise what does this mean? Thank you.

You should send them an email to verify i think. They would have meant Test invite.

do you believe calling CIC will speed up the process? it's now about 1.5 months my application status is changed to "In Process". is it a good time to give them a call? I need my Canadian Pass soon cause my home country pass is expiring soon and I need to have business travels in the near future

I can't deny nor confirm that. However, there is a great chance that if you call them, they log it in your application and the case officer sees it and as such goes through your application.
I have been trying weeks to get in contact with them and it just so happens to be that i was successful this tuesday.
I would say call them, i mean there is no harm.

Some applicants were taking the exam in the morning and oath in the afternoon in the same day. If I were you I will give a call to CIC and ask about the test.

Very funny! I don't think it will annoy them. I think it depends on your approach.

Thanks! I used 3 mobile apps (with highest ratings) and did about 550 questions. I approached it as a game. Kept solving it everyday

Yes, all three were free. Only one was slightly fancy and ad free and had limited number of tests (11). But if you do mock tests again and again, it will show some different questions.
