Up to the Furthermore section, it is a generic reply in my opinion. Except the AOR date, it is the same as the one I got in April,July and August, word to word. I know from my GCMS notes that no one was touching my file at that time. I have never seen anyone getting specific status by raising a CSE. It is always the same, received on this date, the office is verifying your eligibility, will contact you if further info is needed, background checks/verification are in progress.

Thanks a lot for your valuable insight dear

This is a CSE reply. I have raised a CSE too. And later I contacted IRCC. In the response, they mentioned that the agent who had responded to my query has taken appropriate actions. I don't think this is a generic reply.

Let’s see how it goes from here. Thanks a lot for the reply dear.

So, someone got PPR last week on September 5th (AOR Feb 8th)
Today someone else got PPR, on September 10 (AOR Feb 11th)

What does that tell ya? It took IRCC to move from AOR 8th to 11th in 3 business days!! So they handle 4 AOR days in 3 days.

So lets calculate:
AOR 12 13 14 15 = They should get PPR in 3 business days! (End of this week)
AOR 16 17 18 19 = They will get by Sep 18th.
AOR 20 21 22 23 = By 23rd.
AOR 24 25 26 27 = By the end of month!

This calculation is based on current volume of applicants! So basically Express Entry officers are 1 month behind.
Everyone should get the PPR in 7 months EXACTLY!

Case closed!
Based on this theory I should have got my PPR 3 months ago lol. Although I applaud you for your positivity and optimism.

Honestly, I really wish it was that simple when it comes to IRCC

No other ways to contact them?? No other number?
Completed 7 months today, thought of calling.
You can call IRCC at +1 888-242-2100 using an app like Dingtone or Textme. I personally used Textnow, I had to purchase a Canadian number for one month ($9.99). Since it's a toll free number you dont have to purchase any credits. I tried this yesterday and it worked like a magic. :)

I thought textnow will give you only US numbers.
When I asked around, I was told to get a virtual Canadian Number. Is this the same?

Guys, is it true that the delays are caused because of upcoming elections? If so, then we will not be getting a decision until next year September?? Then all our medicals, police clearance etc should be retaken and also, if a new govt get elected, they might change the rules. And those rules may affect some of the applicants. What are your thoughts guys?? I'm on full panic mode.:confused::confused:

the election will be completed by October 2019 ... not sure why that would delay decisions until next year September.... i don't think the election should slow the application.. pretty sure once an application is submitted it goes by the rules of the time of submission in case a rule changes down the line

That's quite a few assumptions there, buddy. And none of them good. Don't stay focused on what you cannot control and you won't panic. Stay busy and keep some faith :) It will happen, it's just a matter of time..

Nothing yet unfortunately.. They're definitely very slow but let's not jump to conclusions and stay positive instead :)

I thought it will go to september because, after the elections, the new team gets settled in and rules set by the new govt should become the routine for the team and it will take time.

It does not work that way. Canada made a commitment to allow certain number of immigrants via express entry till end of next year. They can't just halt everything for a new government to settle in. Changes can be made by the new government but not for current applicants or already committed programs.

My thoughts exactly! Future applicants may have something to worry about, but certainly not the ones that are nearly there.. Worst case scenario, there might be some additional delays, but nothing detrimental to the immigration itself
