February 2018 - Citizenship Applicant

Hello everyone!
I am getting a bit worried, for my application!
I have applied on 2 February 2018), I contacted CIC in June 2018 since I was worried if my application was sent and was processed. they replied me through the web form that they received my application and have sent me an email since March 10 (Notification I never received or was aware off). and they said that my file was forwarded in Mississauga Office on May 08 2018, and I checked the status on line and it said the same info (Quote: my online status didn't show anything before I contacted them).
On December 2018 i wrote back to them for an urgent processing since i was in a job application process with the Government, and sent them the email: they replied me back that they will forward the info to the Mississauga Office and is up to them. Meanwhile all these communication with the CIC web inquiry I have received the notice in my inbox.
I decided to call them on late January (I was waiting and respecting the deadlines) and I was told by the CIC officer that I was scheduled for the test on January 8 2019. I was so shocked and upset, since I never received that email. He told me sometimes the email goes to junk mail (which i strongly believe is not the case, How come I always have received their reply in my inbox throughout the web portal and not receive both notifications AOR and the test invitations- which are very important). I have kept calling them every weak since I am afraid that i will miss the second call. I need so bad to travel this summer, and i am afraid i will not. My kids and family are trapped because of my passport. My PR has expired since on June 2018 and i didn't apply for renewal I never thought I will have to wait that long.
Don't know what to do next.

at the oath ceremony they ask us to bring lots of documents. can you please help explain some of the process that occurs on oath day? do they take back our pr card and landing paper? why do they ask us to bring all our current and expired passports again? thanks

My question is How you guys get the invitation for test from CIC?
because I lost my first call (they said they have sent me an invitation for test by email, but i didn't receive any on my inbox).

My case: If you give your email address in the application form the test invite would be send by email, you also can see it in your ecas, in my case i can see it a day after of receive the email.

I dont remember if i have given my email as primary notification method, but i suppose i did. What is ECAS? I can access my file only by using my UCI number, I never got a case application number from CIC.
When I spoke last time with a CIC Officer he removed my email as a way of contacting me, so i suppose from now on I will receive the invitation by mail.
How often do they organise tests in Mississauga Office does any one in this forum can say or have any idea?

Invitations (test, oath) show up in the ECAS at least three weeks in advance.

Ordered GCMS Notes on Jan 31 Thu, received on Mar 5 Tue. Nothing started, here's the GCMS timeline

All due dates are showing 14-Mar-2019

Office: Mississauga

It shows REFUSAL GROUNDS: 1, but the create and update dates are from 2017 and shows nothing in details

Is this a matter of concern??

My file was selected for QA and responded well within time in 06/2018. They updated file in 09/2018 saying documents received and assessment pending. Nothing after that timestamp in file..

Called CIC call centre in 02/2019 and they sent a request to Mississauga office for an update since file was over 52 weeks. No response in 2 weeks.. submitted a Web Form and received a response in 03/2019 saying: "
We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that the agent who responded to you on February 27, 2019, took the appropriate actions to follow up on your request.

If you do not receive more information or a decision by March 29, 2019, we invite you to contact us again by using the IRCC Web formavailable on our website.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry."

Not sure what else can be done, but calling CIC and submitting Web Form doesn;t help. GCMS shows status of file, but there is really no one to talk about.

Need some advise from experts out there!

Have you tried updating your email in their system? Perhaps they have captured the email incorrect. Updating it to a different one than what they have currently may help - Just a thought.
