Do they ask for finger prints to all CEC inland applicants?

Not for every applicant. As a part of initial screening they run a check on RCMP database. If the results are unclear they request for RCMP Clearance/fingerprints. I read in some of the forums it is usually requested if there are any hits in the database due to common lastname etc

I think before you enter your 9 digit application num, it prompts to choose 1 if your application starts with EE and option 2 if it starts with E

As per my understanding you are in IP1. I went through the same status change. MEP->We are Processing->NA2 -> We are Processing
I think you will see BG status as NA soon

I am in same stage, did your UCI changed from CANXXX to 8 digit number ? I am calling this IP 1 - pre-stage

Mine also in the same state. Medicals Passed today (6 Mar) and BG Check processing. UCI changed from CANXXXXX to 10 Digit Number (as in my latest WP) and 8 Digit number for spouse.

AOR February 28th...medicals passed march6th. We are processing your back ground check. Is it ip2?

AOR= > MEP=>IP1=>NA1=>IP2 so on till PPR .. so you are in IP1 stage

I'm CEC outland and call center agent told me that my app is in Ottawa now.
Is it normal process for Outland? Sydney and then Ottawa and last transfer to local visa office?

Seems like i missed BG not applicable or mine is still ip1 .

Similar with me. My BG wording is We are processing your BG since MEP.
Call center agent told me that Medical and Criminality have passed and they have Eligibility and Security.
So I assume I'm in old NA2.
If you want more details about your app status, you should call to IRCC call center.
