Hi, just sent my application by courier today from Perth Australia. They told me it will take 4-5 days so I hope they get it in February so I can stay part of this thread :D

It took four days from Bangkok so I'd say you have a pretty good shot..

Thanks Bangkokcanuck, I remember reading you sent yours by Federal Express. Mine went with the Australian Post Courier service so hopefully it will have a similar timeframe. On another note, I've enjoyed reading your posts, they've certainly prompted other people to contribute with such interesting reading as well.

I'm hoping for a speedy bit of news too lama21 :)
 
I meant to post in here last week! We sent our application on February 15th! We spent all day Valentine's day finishing it! Applying outland via London and it was received in Mississauga on the 16th:)
 
Oh..I've just realised that I forgot to tick off on the document checklist the Copy 2 of the receipt. I included it in the package but just forgot to check it off. Does anyone know if that will cause a problem?

:P Lolz the same thing happened with me , I forgot to tick something,i dont exactly remmember wat, but luckily i saw it jus when the fed-ex person was putting it inside the box,i stopped him...and i tick the box, but since then i have been so worried coz I am still not sure if on the 2cd page of the checklist I have ticked everything or not (i mean for the documents which i have sent) ???.

But I dont think it would be any prob, I mean they usually check the whole file b4 sending it to the visa offices and if they notice dat.... dont worry hopefully they be kind enough to tick it themselves :), anyways I guess you should be alrite ;)

Dont worry ...i forgot to include it in my package and i still got approved for sponsorship and it still got sent off to London ..

Yeah FedEx it was.. they oddly enough seem to be very quick between Canada and Thailand no idea why that is compared to other couriers we have dealt with before.

Thanks for the kind words if anything I've written or vomited as some would say has prompted more and interesting posts I'm glad to hear and glad you enjoyed my ramblings.

Hi All,

I am happy to join this thread a i have applied in Feb, 2011 as well. My application has been sent to Mexico on Feb 7, 2011 via fedex and got there on Feb 9, 2011. Waiting right now and anxious because I dont know if they are one of the slow or fast moving Office . Well I wish for all of us the very best and also that we will get through in record time.
