Hi Aspat,

I can only see one entry of mine on this sheet:

I might have made a mistake though and put 2 entries as I remember I had some issues with updating the sheet at the first time. Let me know if I need to do anything!

Just checked the January spreadsheet and wow CIC seems to be speeding up their AOR's. 50+ days at the beginning of the month to about 36 for the later applicants. Hoping to hear something in the next couple weeks!
 
I am sure all of us are itching to get the AoR emails, Jan batch has been solid with the days coming down to get the email. here is hoping we start soon.
 
removing our application from the Feb sheet. Our application got returned.
 
Thank you for providing your update. Would you be please able to share with us why it was returned and what has the officer stated while returning it back to you. Your experience i am sure will help us much. good luck and hope it works out for you

we renewed our home country's passport, we did not include the bio page of our old passport, only the new one.

2 weeks, $20 wasted. Instead of a Feb applicant, we're getting bumped to March

I am so sorry to hear that! Really unfortunate! Did they say what was the problem with your application? I hope you could get it fixed and re-submit soon within few days, so that you don't lose much time. Good luck!
 
Sorry to hear that and hope you are able to submit in time again without any further delays.. thankfully it was a simple miss.

I'm just so pissed off right now, not at CIC but at myself for not thinking that they would need the old passport's bio page.

Also if you dont mind sharing when did received your application back?

I included all the passports that I have bio's pages (I only have 2 one is cancelled and one is current)

Even if I didn't travel during the relevant period

the application package was received on Feb 20, the date on the stamp back was Feb 24

So I guess that means they look at applications very fast for the initial screening! :o
 
Ya seems like. Prolly just a quick browse through. All signature and all required docs and later go thru in details.
