I just checked the entries from trackers of the last three months and realized that number of applicants is declining (not everyone is entering records timely but there is still significant difference), obviously there is a cut-off date effect for the applicants who had sufficient presence before January 1st as fees went up for 2015. Despite the holiday season number of applicants in December is even more than total sent in 2015 so far, that's why I believe we will see shorter processing for every coming month and 15 days of AOR wont be surprising...

As of March 3rd following is the summary:

December 2014 - 85 applicants 68 received AOR
January 2015 - 46 applicants 28 received AOR
February 2015 - 33 applicants 1 received AOR

Get real! There are 240-260 thousands applications every year; that makes around 20,000 applications every month.

No, I am just sampling out, it's just a prediction, you can never collect data from every single applicant...

Btw, there are not 20k applicants a month, 2013 total was 133k, 2014 total should be more than that as the rules changed and people had more reasons to submit their package. Obviously 2015 will be a lot lower due to increasing residence requirement.

Can anyone log into ecas? I can't see nothing there....just wanted to check regarding the UCI number. It is XXXX-XXXX do you include the dash or just XXXXXXXX?
