Feb 2014 test & interview passers

Today my husband called and the agent said that our file was approved by the judge, but he put a note that our background check is not valid anymore and they should do another soon.

Do you knows what it means?

When and where did he passed the test.

This means that all the security clearances have to be renewed (CSIS+FOSS+RCMP etc...)...
One they are renewed and valid your application will proceed to the next step...

I put our timeline on the table.

We passed the test in Montreal, February, 28.

Really concerned about other invite.. Had test on 10 feb.. And the checks expire on 22 may.. So if they have to start the oath invite process at least 15 days before, this is the last week for us..

Hoping to get ecas or letter in this week. Thanks

Just got phone call from my dad that my oath invitation letter came. After long waiting finally I my oath is scheduled on 23rd may. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Wish all other feb test taker will recieve inviation very soon. I already started planning to fly to Montreal for my big day.

I just checked my E-cas it is not updated yet. In my case usually I recieve letter first than after couple of days they update my E-cas.

Congrats Amy. Nothing so far me me folks I called last Friday and I was told that everything is ok with my file I have to wait up to 6 months but this max you may get the oath letter earlier! So far nothing finger crossed !!

For the last two month, the agents from CIC call centre have been telling me that everything set already, I would get the oath letter any moment from that time. So a long waiting actually killing me every moment. Besides, they confirmed me that the office took my interview he delivered wrong information about 3 month waiting time for the oath letter, now they told it is 6 month. SO WHOM SHOULD I BELIEVE???????

However, today I order for ATIP - so after after a week or latter i will be informed about my file position. Actually I am planing to go abroad to see my back home family.

Is there any rationale as to why 1 test taker with a later time line (and both RQed) being given Oath while other whose application was submitted earlier still not given Oath date?

Both taken test on the same date.. the one with Oct2012 app date got Oath the one with feb2012 did not??

Still trying to crack thru the time line and see any of it makes any sense??
