Does anybody have the e-mail address to contact them? It's looking highly unlikely that I'll get my PCC in time for the CIC deadline so I will have to show proof that I at least tried to contact them...

I just called FBI again and got the same answer that they opened applications received on July 11th. I asked that On Sep 20th , an associate told me they opened package received on July 7th and it does seem to be slow. She said unfortunately for last 2 weeks , their system is experiencing a delay. I further asked if the information about new electronic system mentioned on their website is coming soon and would it help us ? She informed that is a long way ahead and would probably not be in place before end of the year.

Email them with your name, sex, dob, date application delivered as per tracking. Attach the reply to a LOE explaining the fbi time line along with asking for extension to submit your eAPR. I did this and got 60 days extension.

Ive never heard of this....I know you can submit your eAPR closer to your 90 day deadline with a LOE regarding you USA PCC....They then give you a 60 day extention. Never heard of writing before you submit eAPR...in that case you could decline ITA and wait for the next draw which I wouldnt suggest.

Update from FBI: The new online system will be launched in Jan 2018. The rest of us already waiting have to just waaaiiiiit..while the new applicants will never know our struggles. lol.

wait for 90 days and in the last wk submit ur e-apr explaining ur situation with the fbi pcc and providing the proofs that u have applied for fbi pcc (courier receipts). then after approx 7-10 days they will ask for additional documents and give u 2 months time. there will be a separate placeholder for uploading new document within 60 days. this is how u get 60 days.i had done this way and i got time till 22 november to upload fbi pcc in anew placeholder within my application. dont panic.
