In Chennai finger prints can be taken at STATE CRIME RECORDS BUREAU (SCRB-TN). The staffs were really helpful and have complete knowledge about finger printing.

All responses are mailed through the US Postal Service First Class Mail please allow standard mailing time (three weeks in the US and four weeks outside the US) to receive the response. Credit card charged on 27 Mar 2017
Credit card rejected due to Insufficient fund
Second credit card charged on 10 April 2017
Report mailed on 13 April 2017
Report received in the US on 18 April 2017
So basically ( First scenario ) I could have received my report (if Credit Card wasn't rejected) on 03 April 2017 ( so 32 days waiting time from 15 February to 27 March 2017 and 7 days to receive the report, a total time of 39 days in the US. Add 14 days to receive it in West Africa, so a total of 53 days ).
Second scenario, I received the report on 18 April 2017 ( so 46 days waiting time from 15 February to 10 April 2017 and 7 days to receive the report, a total time of 53 days in the US. Add 14 days first class mail to received it in West Africa, so a total time of 67 days ).

Does anyone know weather SCRB does finger print for Singapore PCC also. Has anyone got the fingerprint done for Singapore PCC in Chennai
Mine was delivered to FBI on 3rd of march and card was charged today.
