How does one get LiveScan instead of ink ? I am not a US citizen, so third party is not an option.

I received my FBI PCC on on Friday 29/04/2016. FBI CJIS received my request on 25/01/2016.

FBI PCC mailed out on April 11th 2016, till now i didnt get my PCC gave my Indian address. whether anybody please help me out how to get another copy of FBI PCC by changing the address to US address.

Already did that but they rejected as mentioning since my application has been processed and the results has been mailed out address change cannot be done.

Just now again i have mailed them by requesting a copy lets see.

You need to wait for 30 days before you can request for duplicate report.

Just now called FBI. they also confirmed that copy of result can be sent to new address after 30 days so some what relaxed.

finally !! they charged my card just now.
application delivered on Feb 10th.

Curse my luck.... uh oh seems fbi slowed their awesome pace down now...

For some time FBI was processing two days applications per day. Now they have slowed down to one day application each day.
