Hi everyone! I raised CSE on Jul 23rd to SGVO about my fingerprints rejection and attached 2 state police clearances aside from previous MY police clearance. I received a reply back from SGVO on Jul 27th that they would take it into consideration. Today, I received a request for passport submission from SGVO so I assumed this is PPR?

Of course yes. Congrats happyca. You dont need to travel to US for fingerprints and wait for another 4 months for ppr. YOu can book the tickets now directly to Canada . Good for you. Enjoy buddy.
For verification, check the template/sample message posted in other threads or post your ppr message in that thread so that they can confirm.

I would like to know what did you attached? I dont understand what is "previous MY police clearance". Is that the police clearance from you country?
They respond you very fast, I wrote to Mexico VO on July 21 and haven't received any response yet, do you think is faster to raise a CSE than to write to you visa office?

Thanks Hari! I posted in SGVO thread and they confirmed that it's PPR. I have been going to Sg almost 4/5 times since last year just for fingerprinting!

Hola Elizasalaz, I had raised CSE Singapore office and informed them regarding my conversation with the FBI customer service, include state police clearances or CORI and asked if they would consider my state pcc or suggest other process in place. Previous MY police clearance is Malaysia police clearance. I had only lived in 2 countries all my live, Malaysia and US (3 states) but I do travel a bit for leisure.

I had raised CSE prior to my fingerprinting rejection and had received prompt reply. Usually 1-3 business days. Try this if you did not receive any feedback but look for CSE Mexico VO.

Depending on the destination country specified in the application it will take 2 days to get mailed from processing date at fbi end and 4 to 14 days or 21 days to reach the address.
As per yesterday's timeline at fbi they are processing 11th May.

So my FBI PCC says that it is only for review and checking purposes and not valid for any other purpose.

"This IdHS is not provided for the purpose of licensing or employment or any other purpose enumerated in 28 CFR 20.33."

Yeah guess this is normal generic statement. Just wanted to confirm. I have the following below:
"This Identity Summary (IdHS) is provided pursuant to 28 CFR 16.30-16.34 solely for you to conduct a personal review and/or obtain a change, correction, or updating of your record.This IdHS is not provided for the purpose of licensing or employment or any other purpose enumerated in 28 CFR 20.33"

Can other who have received confirm they have the same statement?

How long will the CIC wait before rejecting any application.

How long will the CIC wait before rejecting any application.

You can apply to CIC (based on PNP) without fbi pcc. Yes include your request to fbi (the postal tracking to fbi). You dont need to request time. You will be requested separately to submit missing pcc. pcc is not mandatory document to apply to cic. They are not rejecting. Many applicants are applying without fbi pcc as many in this thread did the same including me.

I am not sure about any other program (like express entry, etc) if you can apply to cic without pcc.
