Hello All,
Appreciate the help this forum is providing.
Basic question probably. Once the PR is granted to the main applicant, will the Spouse also get CoPR at the same as the primary applicant? If yes, Is it mandatory for the primary applicant do the landing first before the spouse?

It depends on:
If applied as member not moving with you.
If applied after your copr sent and before your landing.

Either case, yes primary should land first(or together).

Whats the situation?
did you land? did you include your spouse and when did you include? did you include as a family member moving with you?

Thank you Harirajmohan. We are still in the Express Entry Queue. just knowing the details beforehand. Spouse information is already included in the application. Will the spouse get a separate CoPR as well? After landing and getting the PRs of main applicant and Spouse, will the PRs of main applicant and spouse be treated separately for any future extensions?(For example, if the spouse only maintains the PR status, can the PR of spouse be extended alone).
