Urgent help needed please

It is regarding my pr application, i am the primary applicant, got my p1 yesterday, replied to it. Haven’t received p2 yet.
My spouse, who is outland, also got his passport request. Should he get his passport stamped from vfs or wait for my ecopr? If he gets it stamped; can he travel before i get my ecopr. There are different opinions online. We are highly confused.

You should for your P2 as an Inland applicant.
Your spouse should get his passport stamped as per the instructions.
Inland applicant gets P1, outland applicant gets passport stamp request.
As an inland you will get ecopr, as an outland he will get COPR that he can print and visit with his stamped passport.

He will only be able to tavel once he gets his passport stamped and get the COPR. nothing to do with your ecopr.
